Specific Role Responsibilities
• Processing of amendments/alterations
• Servicing Intermediaries and policyholders .
• Liaison function with other departments (e.g. Sales, Regional Offices etc.)

Qualifications and Experience
• Matric a prerequisite
• Post matric studies/qualification an advantage
• COP or similar an advantage

Experience Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience preferably within a Policy Administration environment

Skills and Personal Attributes
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel etc.)
• Exposure in dealing with Policyholders and Intermediaries
• General knowledge of insurance legislation/rules

Personality Attributes
• Confident and assertive with a positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable in changing and challenging circumstances
• Fast learner with the ability to rapidly assimilate and utilize new information and skills
