Permanent junior level position in the Admin, Office & Support (Admin) industry.

Opportunity for a full time receptionist. Predominantly reception role but with responsibility to provide some administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Reception
– Transferring calls or dealing with calls directly
– Greeting all visitors and directing them to visitors area
– Work with Facilities Manager and cleaners to ensure neatness in offices at all times
– Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail – which will include emails
– Dealing with couriers for collection of parcels
– Maintaining and managing stationery register and stationery ordering
