Big Brother Mzansi Former Participants Who Are Now DJs. It goes without saying that Big Brother Mzansi has created opportunities for most of the participants. Many are media personalities, brand influencers, musicians, actors and just about anything that has something to do with the entertainment space. One can think of the likes of Ashley Ogle and Khosi Twala, who are have become a force in the industry.

We have also seen a number of Biggies’ children become DJs, and do very well at that. Check out some of them below, who continue to use their fame to better themselves and their careers.

Dene Jones

Dene Jones was part of the Big Brother Mzansi Season 6, which ended this past Sunday. The reality show star has just launched herself as a DJ. She is alleged to have quit her full-time job as a legal officer to pursue music

Nsuku Mabunda

Nsuku made a name for herself through Big Brother Mzansi Season 5. In the house she was bold, loud, and not the one to ignore. After the show, she tried all sorts of things, including auditioning for Miss South Africa 2025. She recently launched herself as a DJ, and we can’t wait to see how she will do in this space.

Yolanda Monyai

Yolanda acclaimed to fame when she joined Big Brother Mzansi Season IV. She was sadly disqualified, but that did not dim her light, as she went on to become one of the best from her season. Yolanda bagged gigs, won awards and is now a podcaster. The reality show star and model, announced this past December that she was now a DJ.

Kayb

Kayb was cast in the Big Brother Mzansi season 5. Sadly, she got disqualified before reaching her potential. Outside the house, she worked hard to put her name out there. In June 2025, Kayb launched herself as a DJ. Since then, she has been getting all the necessary booking, cementing herself as a talented being.

Mbali Nkosi

Mbali Nkosi participated in Big Brother Mzansi season II. Since the she has done a lot of thing including acting, and TV presenting. Mbali is also a DJ, and doing amazing in that space. How cool is it that she was one of then DJs who was booked by Big Brother this past season for the Saturday Night Party!
