Applications Open for the Department of Tourism Skills Development Opportunity: 2026/2027 Culinary Skills Programme. The Department of Tourism invites unemployed youth to apply for the 12-month Culinary Skills Programme in Food and Beverage Services and Professional Cookery.
Requirements:
- Aged 18–35 years
- Matric certificate and fluency in English
- CV
- Certified copy of ID
- Proof of residence
- Certified Matric certificate
- Passion for tourism and hospitality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Applicants who previously participated in the Department of Tourism’s learnership or skills programmes will not be considered. People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
