Mo Flava Gushes Over Working Once Again with Khutso Theledi. A day ago, METRO FM released its much anticipated line up. The radio station beefed up it’s airwaves staff with veteran radio personalities such as Tbo Touch and Proverb.
Another interesting addition to the METRO FM family is Khutso Theledi. With 10 years as a radio personality, it goes without saying that Theledi will bring the much needed fire at the station. In 2021, she made radio history for being the first female on YFM to host an afternoon drive time show on her own.
Theledi started off her radio career at YFM in 2012 while she was completing her Diploma in Radio and Sound Engineering at Boston Media House. Landing her first break on GP’s Youth Radio Station YFM 99.2 in April 2012 on YFM’s breakfast show.
She was a co-host and traffic presenter for the breakfast show, “Flava In The Morning” 06:00 -09:00 with Mo Flava (2012-2014), and went on to co- host and present the traffic on drive Time “The Freeway“ 15:00 – 18:00 with Mo Flava (2014-2015), among other shows that she held down. Now Theledi and Mo Flava have another opportunity to work together, this time at METRO FM.
“Wow wow wow! Don’t know if you heard but @khutsotheledi will be joining my breakfast show on @metrofmsa from April 1st! I don’t know what can I do with myself! In the words of Riky Rick I CANT BELIEVE THIS OH I CANT BELIEVE THIS?????????,” Mo Flava gushed.
