Receptionist/Secretary

A position for a Receptionist/Secretary has become available at this very prestigious group.

The minimum requirements for consideration of your application will be –

  • Relevant Qualification in Administration
  •  2 – 3 years of previous experience within a role of Receptionist/Secretary
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Computer literate – Excel, MS Word, Outlook
  • Fully Bilingual – English/Afrikaans (Professional communication skills very important)
  • Well-presented and spoken- ESSENTIAL
  • Able to interact on all levels and be professional within a frontline position at all times

The main duties of this position will entail –

  • Manage and operate the Switchboard facility
  • Receive clients to reception area within a professional manner
  • Manage a very busy diary by setting up appointments/confirmation of appointments/bookings
  • Ensure that all messages en necessary correspondences is relayed timeously to the relevant staff/management team
  • Filing and preparation of daily client files
  • Arrange Tea/Coffee & Refreshments
  • Maintain company database and keep updated by capturing correct/latest information on a daily basis
  • Typing of all company documents and relevant literature if/when needed
  • Meeting Management
