Receptionist/Secretary
A position for a Receptionist/Secretary has become available at this very prestigious group.
The minimum requirements for consideration of your application will be –
- Relevant Qualification in Administration
- 2 – 3 years of previous experience within a role of Receptionist/Secretary
- Matric/Grade 12
- Computer literate – Excel, MS Word, Outlook
- Fully Bilingual – English/Afrikaans (Professional communication skills very important)
- Well-presented and spoken- ESSENTIAL
- Able to interact on all levels and be professional within a frontline position at all times
The main duties of this position will entail –
- Manage and operate the Switchboard facility
- Receive clients to reception area within a professional manner
- Manage a very busy diary by setting up appointments/confirmation of appointments/bookings
- Ensure that all messages en necessary correspondences is relayed timeously to the relevant staff/management team
- Filing and preparation of daily client files
- Arrange Tea/Coffee & Refreshments
- Maintain company database and keep updated by capturing correct/latest information on a daily basis
- Typing of all company documents and relevant literature if/when needed
- Meeting Management
