| Job Description | This role would primarily be responsible for monitoring all stages of Production processes and ensuring that all products are manufactured in strict accordance with standard procedures. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee and monitor all stages of Production processes and ensure that all products are manufactured in strict accordance with standard procedures and produce high quality product at all times Oversee all laboratory practices and maintenance of laboratory equipment Managing of and training of laboratory personnel and other relevant personnel Generate quality reports and documentation, including the review and implementation of work instructions and procedures Develop close working relationship between the laboratory and other departments and be committed to developing and training staff to meet future demands Manage the SPC program Manage the non-conformance program |
| Skills, Experience & Education | Tertiary education in Quality / Food Technology Relevant experience in an FMCG industry in a related position Computer literacy Numerical skills Must be able to work independently Good communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills |
