“Accepting He Is Gone Gets Harder,” Thuli Madonsela Remembers Her Late Husband 2 Months On

“Accepting He Is Gone Gets Harder,” Thuli Madonsela Remembers Her Late Husband 2 Months On. The death of a spouse is most definitely not easy to get over. Professor Thuli Madonsela knows this very well as she lost her husband two months back. Everyday is a struggle for the former Public Protector.
Richard Edward Foxton, affectionately known as Dick or “Mr Foxton”, was Thuli’s husband. He sadly passed away in June, at the age of 82, peacefully in his bed. Mr Foxton was remembered as a beloved husband to her now widowed wife Thuli. He was also a great father, a loving grandfather of nine, and visionary founder of the his firm, Foxton Communicating. The firm set new standards in the communication sector, as it was innovative and committed to ethical, transparent and effective communication.
Since her husband’s passing, Thuli has been sharing beautiful posts in his remembrance. A month ago, the family lit a candle, and sang a song that described the kind of life her lived. Thuli, then expressed gratitude for the support she has been getting.
It has been two months, since Mr Foxton passed away, and it’s still difficult for Thuli. The fact that very soon will be his birthday, makes it even more difficult. Despite the grief, Thuli is still filled with gratitude over the support she is getting.
“Two months ago four words “Fox is no more”changed my life irrevocably yet it feels like a dream from which I will wake up and reclaim the life I knew for almost a decade. As my beloved’s birthday on 3 September gets closer, accepting he is gone gets harder🤍Thank you to all for your immeasurable support🤍🙏🏽#RIPRichardFoxton💔🕊️,” Thuli said.
