Lesego ‘Les Da Chef’ Semenya passed away in Jul 2021, after he shared on his Twitter page that he had tested positive for the virus a little over a week prior to his death.
The culinary chef, author and TV personality always updated his fans and followers about his journey with the virus, but sadly at the end of the day he succumbed to Covid-19. His death was a rude shock to his fans, especially because he was just recovering after testing positive for Covid-19. Lesego’s girlfriend Sisipho Gcanga is the one who took to social media to announce the devastating news.
On the day of his funeral, Sisipho seized the moment, to open up about the love that the two shared. She stated that she always told Lesego that she preferred it if she died first, but he wouldn’t have none of it. Speaking about their love, Sisipho mentioned that they had a playlist, which they compiled from the days they were starting to know each other. Even though the were cohabiting, Sisipho said they used to send each other email love letters. How cute!
