Celebs Come To Pearl Thusi’s Defence. A friend in need is a friend indeed. Pearl Thusi must count herself lucky to have friends who stand up for her. Although many people dragged her on the colorism issue, some of her day 1’s came to her defence.

Her BFF DJ Zinhle took to Twitter to stand by her girl. She spoke about Pearl’s work ethic saying she doesn’t know anyone who works as hard as her. “Say whatever you need to say about her success, but the girl works damn hard,” Zinhle said.

Boity Thulo also joined in to share her opinions about Pearl. She assured Pearl that she is an amazing, hardworking and selfless woman. “Your gifts were given to you through the path that only God prepared for you and no one, no words, no opinions, no hate can take them away from you,” Boity shared.

Denise Zimba is also on the Pearl Thusi camp. She advised Pearl not to explain herself. Denise also spoke about Pearl’s talent here at home and abroad. “Let ignorance be ignores, let’s delete the existence of colorism,” she pleaded.

In a touching thread Sho Madjozi also spoke about colorism in the entertainment industry. “I can’t be expected to stop being great because colorism exist. But I try to use my platform to speak out against colorism,” the BET award winner said.
