Junior Events Coordinator Wanted At Kaya FM. To assist the events coordinator to conceptualize, coordinate and manage all internal and external station events, activations and promotions in terms of marketing, sales, programming and the budgeting according to the prescribed procedure.

Key Performance Areas:
- To assist in managing the budgeting processes
- Assist in facilitating all the invoices following each event
- To assist the Events Coordinator in both pre planning and the running of events
- To source the correct suppliers for the project in terms of cost and experience, as well as to communicate and brief the supplier on the agreed and set standards of the project
- To Support with maintaining the best administrative practices
- To facilitate appropriate assistance to the other departmental staff, as and when required
- To monitor suppliers/ contractors to ensure that all appropriate standards are being maintained
- To provide constant feedback to internal departments, external customers and suppliers as requested by the set contract/agreement of the client
- Monitor the various suppliers/ contractors with regards to the agreed expectations agreed upon during the course of the actual event
- Maintain effective dialogue between the suppliers and contractors and the events department in all pre-planning and post event follow up

Requirements
- Diploma in marketing management
- Matric
- Experience in Events Management
- Experience within radio
- Minimum of one to three years’ working experience in the same role or a similar role
- Valid drivers license
Additional Requirements:
- Understanding of the Event Management Industry
- Self-Motivated starter
- Good attitude to colleagues,clients and team
