Sales Executive Wanted At African News Agency(ANA). African News Agency is looking or a sales executive to join their organization.The successful applicant will contribute towards growing the revenue and profitability of the News wire, PR wire and Event platforms for the African News Agency.

Objectives

To comply with business processes

• Achieving of revenue targets
• Manage client relationships
• Preparation & presentation of proposals
• To monitor and manage client spend
• Perform Administration functions related to sales

• Customer Services
• Handling of incoming & outgoing calls professionally
• Timeously responding and resolving all client queries/complaints
• Follow up customer queries/complaints
• Keeping the customer and relevant stakeholders updated
• Entrenching good rapport with customers
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Providing ongoing assistance to customers(Editorial, Technical and Sales)

Financial

• Collection of cash, cheques and outstanding monies from customers
• Administer pre-payment transaction
• Checking of clients account status

Individual development

• Take responsibility for self-development
• Inform management of required training and development

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Matric
• Media Sales

Advantageous:

• Certificate or Degree in Sales & Marketing
• Content syndication and PR wire experience
• Job – Related Work Experience

Minimum:

• At least 3 years media sales experience

 Job Knowledge:

• MS Office (Powerpoint, MS Word, Excel)
• Customer Service Management process & procedures

Minimum requirements:

• Valid drivers license with driving experience
