Twitter Divided Over Fikile Mbalula’s Cabinet Exit. Former Minister of Police Fikile Mbalula, was among the ministers who did not make the cut in President Cyril Ramaphosa’s new cabinet. Dubbed the minister of Twitter because of his online presence Mbalula was ejected as Minister of Police in cabinet reshuffle. The news trended on Twitter with some supporting the president’s decision and others not too happy about it.
