Katy Perry Announces Her South African Tour. For the first time ever, American singer/songwriter Katy Perry is headed to South Arica. As part of WITNESS: The Tour, Katy will tour Mzansi for 2 dates in Joburg only. She will perform at Ticketpro Dome on 18th and 20th July 2018.
