Personal Assistant Wanted At Enterprises University of Pretoria. The successful applicant will provide secretarial, administrative, coordination, project and customer-related support to the office of executive manager.
Education And Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification of at least two years in duration (administrative/secretarial)
- Valid driver’s license
- South African Citizen
Knowledge And Experience:
- Experience of at least five years in administrative / office management
- Secretarial experience at a senior level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
- Strong administrative background
- Working in a customer-facing role, providing high-quality service
- Administrative support in a busy environment
- Building effective relationships with diverse range of customers
- Working with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information
