HR Administrator/ Officer Wanted At HR Studio

Roles and Responsibilities:
Effective recruitment, selection and on boarding
- Assist with development of Job Adverts
- Advertise and source CV’s on relevant platforms
- When required send adverts to recruiters
- Liaise with recruiter regarding interviews, check etc.
- Screen CV’s and perform interview with relevant Managers
- Schedule/ arrange with recruiters further interviews/ assessment for shortlisted candidates
- Advise successful candidates and regret unsuccessful Candidates
- Draw up Letters of Offer; once signed, ensure completion of full Engagement Pack
- Liaise with line manager to co-ordinate induction pack
Effectively administering company Payroll
- Process weekly wages including casuals
- Process Wages payroll, admin and filing
- Managing time keeping system and the clocking in and out of all staff
- Handling wage adjustment
- Printing payslip and distribution to staff
- Attending to all payroll queries
- Weekly and monthly payroll reports
- Management of leave recon
Effective administration, data management and reporting
- Full administration to make sure all staff have contracts and that new engagement complete relevant doc and return to the HR department
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting
- Follow-up on general administration issues
- Ensure proper filing, document management and good house-keeping
- Conducting annually file audit with new beneficiary and personal details information
Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
- Continually advise line managers on appropriate disciplinary action to be taken and ensure business always complies with company disciplinary code
- Update disciplinary tracking system
- Assist managers with staff that abscond
- Ensure performance problems are addressed through performance counseling and/or corrective action
- Facilitate conciliations and represent business unit at CCMA – if required
- Organize chairperson and related logistics for all enquiries
- Follow-up on CCMA cases
Requirements
Min Requirements
- Grade 12
- HR Management Diploma or Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience within a HR department
- 1-3 years’ Recruitment experience
- 1-3 years’ Payroll Administration Experience
- Industrial Relations
- Experience with CCMA
- Generalist HR experience- including recruitment and training
- MS Office proficient
