Khanyi Mbau’s Reveals All Her 2016 Hairstyles
Socialite and Metro FM DJ Khanyi Mbau has had too many looks for us to keep count during 2016, she certainly is giving us hair envy with her ever changing hairstyles. She went from daring with blonde, swamped her Mali braids for natural afro wigs, ditched her brunette weave for a shorter-purple grey hairdo, oh and looked fresh with her slick and curly weaves.
Clearly the bar has been raised and it’s time for ladies to change up their hairstyles as well. Khanyi once mentioned that when the temperature rises, it is advisable to go for a shorter and fresher look. She could have said it any better.
It is an undeniable fact that Khanyi is one of the ladies who tops beauty lists and we are not surprised. When she rocked read hair, she said that red is Coco Chanel for her. “It is very classy and elegant” she said. Red has also become a dominating colour for her nails and hair. She went on and explained that she loves keeping her face clean so that the red hair becomes the focal focus point.
She also said that when it comes to her hair, she will always be a weave girl because she works in an industry where she needs to blow dry, straighten, iron and do more to be photo ready, which is certainly not good for our natural hair. “Our hair is weak and too much heat will damage it” she added.
Khanyi is surely the latest celebrity to get a hot new look. Her latest transformation has definitely got us doing a double take.
