TKZee To Reunite Again For A Perfomance
TKZee shot toprominence in late 19977 and early 1988 with the hit singles Phalafala and Shibobo.
The music group was formed by three school friends, Tokollo Tshabalala, Kabelo Mabalane, and Zwai Bala.
For the first time in more than four years, Kabelo Mabalane, Zwai Bala and Tokollo Tshabalala (aka TKZee) will reunite to perform at the Stay Fresh Saturday concert on Saturday 3 December at Taboo nightclub in Sandton.
The musos say they don’t perform together often so the night will be very special.
“We look forward to bringing back some great memories for old and new fans alike. TKZee has some surprises lined up, so we hope everyone is ready for us,” Zwai says.
The ’90s hit group’s last album was in 2015, and they’ve turned out hits like Phalafala, We Love This Place, Fiasco, and Izinja Zam and more over the years.
