Natasha Thahane Breaks Down Into Tears Speaking About Her Mom
As her TV career continues to gain momentum, actress Natasha Thahane recently took a trip down memory lane to reflect on the struggles that her mother, Nomaswazi Makoko, faced while raising her.
Taking to Instagram, the actress opened up about how her mother had her when she was only 19, revealing that she subsequently went “through the most”.
She revealed that she wouldn’t be where she is today if it wasn’t for her mother and grandmother’s prayers.
A teary-eyed Natasha said in the clip: “My mom has been through the most. She has been through the most, and she was only 19 when she had me, and she was just a child. So, for me to be where I am now, it’s just so amazing. It’s so great. It feels so great. And it’s because of all the prayers…”
She also thanked everyone who supported her mother through the tough times.
“I just want to say thank you to each and everyone who helped my mom go through everything that she did at a young age. I just want to thank everyone who’s been supporting me, and supporting my craft and believing in me.”
