Overview The Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by providing assistance to brokers and support to the Broker Marketing Department in a manner that ensures satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities Key accountability areas included in the domain of this position, are:
Operational / Technical / Financial Results: Prepare departmental statistics on a weekly basis
Ensure effective handling of all broker client queries
Ensure effective handling of broker administration queries
Personal Competence Results: Ensure effective updating of own product and system knowledge
Innovation Results: Contribute to optimising work practices and procedures
Relationship Results: Effectively build, maintain and manage relationships with brokers Customer Results: Provide accurate information to brokers Retain existing broker portfolio through service excellence Ensure that administrative outputs are punctual and precise
Minimum Job Requirements Essential:
Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
Desirable:
FAIS accreditation
Essential:
2 – 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry
Desirable:
Experience within Broker Business Environment
