Bidvest Bank: Graduate / Internship Programme 2016 / 2017

Must be available full time for the duration of the Learnership programme. (01 November 2016 to 31 October 2017). Must be available to learn in any of our branches/departments and to work shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Learners are responsible to submit portfolio of evidence, assignments and exams on time. We expect learners to submit their own work and steer away from plagiarism. Adhere to business etiquette and portray a professional image of the bank at all time. Learners need to comply with bank policies and procedures. Learners are responsible for their ensuring they learn every day, especially in branches. Achieve balance between doing POE’s and in-branch training. 100% attendance . Participate appropriately in all classroom training.

Skills, Experience and Education

Skills: Must be customer centric. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a team. Must be computer literate. Education: Must have Matric with Maths or Accounting and English. Can be a graduate with Diploma or degree.
