Job description

Now Media seeks a conscientious intern with a great attitude – someone who has completed their studies in media-related field (publishing, communications, media, English, etc.) or someone who is currently studying within this field but needs work experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining valuable experience working in a fun, dynamic, high-pressure newsroom environment with a team of specialist editorial and sales staff.

Tasks will centre primarily around assisting teams with administrative tasks, but there may be a requirement to assist with some writing and photographic/design. Attending functions may also be a requirement.

Now Media is offering a month-to-month contract six month contract. This contract will be reviewed each month.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree (original certificate required)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Valid passport
• Valid drivers licence
• Own car
