1. Acne
Getting acne as an adult. In fact, out of nearly 2,900 women, researchers found 45 percent of those between ages 21 and 30 had acne, along with 26 percent of women in their 30s and 12 percent of those in their 40s.
2. Excessive Sweating
Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, can occur in people even when the temperature is cool, or when they’re at rest.
3. Bad Breath
Even worse than discovering your own bad breath is having someone else bring it up to you (as they slowly back away). But that’s often what’s needed to even know there’s a problem in the first place.
4. Self-inflicted Scars
For some, the act of self-harming — often through cutting or burning — serves as a means of coping with emotional distress or trauma, even if the source of the trauma happened long ago. Those with major depression or eating disorders sometimes do this as well.
5. Sexually transmitted diseases
Discussing just about anything that falls under the umbrella of “sex” can feel taboo. Any problems you’re having in that department may seem downright shameful. But when it comes to STDs, the sooner you talk to your doctor, the better.
6. Constipation
Constipation is extremely common and can affect a broad range of ages. It is generally defined as a problem in opening the bowels, but it can also mean opening the bowels less often than normal (perhaps less than three times a week) or passing hard or pellet-like stools on more than a quarter of occasions.
7. Rectal Itch
Of all the places to get an itch, anus is probably one of the most embarrassing. An itchy bottom usually is a signal that fecal material or body secretions are irritating nerve endings in the anus, but the causes are numerous, and finding a specific reason for it can be elusive.

We’re not suggesting your personal hygiene’s lacking, but food odour is one of the most common foot conditions, but also one of the easiest to treat
