The purpose of the job advert is to:
Remotely provide helpdesk technical and Operational System support to retailers on SPAR group approved retail systems
The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:
• Ability
work in a team
extraction and preparation of ad hoc updates
continuously maintain and update SS3 and Sigma database
resolve SS3,Sigma,printers,label printers,PDT and data problems
assist Comm Centre in receiving orders when necessary
provide a friendly calm and helpful telephone service to retailers and operators
log all retail systems calls on the Heat system
assist in the change of ownership procedure at stores
implement and maintain SPAR retail systems standards
• Experience
call centre/helpdesk
• Knowledge
the distribution of fast moving consumer goods
