As an IT Graduate: Business Analyst you will be required to understand business requirements and through a structured process document, validate and translate it into functional specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution. Your role will also include testing and validatingthe functionality of the technical solution against the business requirements.

Discovery’s IT Graduate: Business Analysts will also be required to interface between the businessclient and the development team ensuring that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution.

The ideal IT Graduate would be a South African citizen who is completing their final year IT or Computer Science Degree (or Post Graduate degree) at a reputable tertiary institution, be less than 25 years of age and not have more than 1 year work experience.
