Job description
Our client is currently looking to recruit an administrator to provide administrative support to the various functions of the regional Health and Safety and Operations.
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8 am – 4:30 pm). Friday (8 am – 4 pm). Temporary to permanent position.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum six to twelve months administration experience
- Code 08 driver’s licence with at least three years driving experience
- SA citizen, Valid ID, no criminal record
- Honest, articulate, pays attention to details
- Communicates well with customers
- Time keeping and attendance at work absolutely important
Main responsibilities
- Administrates all supporting documentation for regional operations and health and safety.
- Proactively schedules and supports all functions which generate documents.
- Receives and collates documentation received.
- Batches and completes control sheets of like documents for processing.
- Files all documents specific to purpose on completion to enable accurate retrieval.
- Assists with general clerical duties as required. Raises reports on compliance and status of document control and management
