Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
- HR qualification or HR generalist experience would be an advantage
- TES industry experience in automotive industry advantageous
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numeric and verbal reasoning ability
- Knowledge of CAPTIME/ERS advantageous
- Own transport and valid Driver’s License essential

HR/ Operational Management of assignees
- Recruitment and selection in conjunction with Resource Centre
- Induction of assignees
- Industrial Relations
- Operational shift management
- Safety, Health and Environment compliance
Administration and Reporting
- Payroll
- Reporting
- Assignee Files
Financial / Commercial Responsibility on client contract
- Debtors Management
- Cost Management
Client Relationship Management
- Understand this key client’s requirements and ensure service delivery compliance to agreed terms.
