Vacancy: Receptionist
Position Overview: Ensuring that customers have the best experience is a priority. The receptionist ensures that customers receive courteous and prompt services in accordance to company protocol both in person and over the phone by providing professional, efficient and effective switchboard and reception services
Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area by welcoming and directing clients to the appropriate persons.
Operate the switchboard i.e. answering calls, directing calls, recording and forwarding of messages where required.
Requirements
Matric or equivalent
A post matric qualification in office administration would be an advantage.
Relevant experience asa Receptionist of Switchboard operator
Other Skills/Abilities
Good knowledge of general administrative processes
Good knowledge of relevant technology (telephone system etc.)
Superior telephone etiquette

Basic computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications
