Appointment requirements: Grade 12 or an equivalent certificate plus a secretarial qualification/training.
Relevant experience as a secretary/Management Assistant /Office Administrator
Computer Literate
Personal attributes / competencies: Good communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to work under stress; Be able to deal with difficult clients, Analytical thinking, Organisational skills, Willingness to accept responsibility; patience: innovative thinking; energetic; flexible: ability to work independently
Duties: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
Implement and maintain office systems and effective record management systems
Maintain schedules and calendars 
Arrange and conform appointments 
Organize internal and external events
Handling incoming mail and other materials 
Set up and maintain filling systems
Develop standard operating procedures
Collate information 
Maintain databases 
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Liaise with internal and external contacts 
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
Manage office supplies
