Lootlove Remembers Her Late Brother 6 Years After His Passing

Lootlove Remembers Her Late Brother 6 Years After His Passing. In October 2020 Luthando “Loot Love” Shosha’ lost her younger brother Lukhanyiso “Luke” Shosha. The two were very close, and Lootlove fondly called Luke or uMalume to her twins. Now it has been six years since Luke’s passing and his big sister shared a moving tribute.
“You’ve been gone for six years now, and it’s still so strange to me that I live in a world where you aren’t physically here. Six years, Lholhi? Insane. But one thing remains steady and constant: you WILL find ways to remind me that you are still here.
I’ve learned so much about love in the last seven years. I say seven because of you and the girls. I’ve learned that love really is the beginning and end of life. I’ve learned that it transcends time and space and flows through everything. I’ve learned that it is both gentle and fierce, demanding to be felt and experienced. Love is acceptance beyond understanding. Love is also freedom, funny how grief taught me that.
I’ve questioned so much about how I see things, how I understand God and how I view the world since you left. But I’ve received the kind of answers that can only grow, change and rewire one’s mind, spirit and body.
I still want you to come back. I miss you terribly but with how I understand life now, I am grateful that you are always around us in small, funny and brilliant ways.
I listened to your voice the other day and heard your laugh, what a blessing.
Luke the Kid, my forever ethereal enigma, Six years is short, but also really long. The duality of life.
We love you. We miss you. ❤️🔥 #ForeverFrequency 🕯️✨,” Lootlove said.
