Within the NTK Retail business, the Junior Retail Branch Admin Assistant will support the administrative functions that help ensure efficient branch operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of administration within the NTK Retail branch.
- Process goods received vouchers and complete invoices accurately.
- Process stock claims in line with established procedures.
- Support activities aimed at minimising risk to the company.
- Issue Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for stock received.
- Monitor deviation reports and assist with addressing discrepancies.
- Provide professional client service and administrative support.
- Assist with stock control and related branch administration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for relevant transactions.
- Perform other job-related administrative duties as required.
- Identify opportunities to add value to the current functions and improve administrative processes.
- Support the wider branch team by completing assigned administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
Requirements and Skills
- Grade 12 or an NQF Level 4 qualification is required.
- Experience in the agriculture industry will be advantageous.
- Candidates should have good numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy is required, particularly in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
