Vacancy: Part Sales Representative
JOB PURPOSE
- To ensure professional and effective service delivery to clients
- To ensure the effective stock management in the warehouse
- To ensure the attainment of sales targets
- To ensure the effective administration of the relevant function
- Adhere to all reasonable requests from management
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Sell parts to customers, directly and telephonically
- Do daily perpetual stock takes
- To ensure that all parts and relevant stock is well managed, locked up and safe
- Manage the goods in transit (GIT) as per procedures
- Handle the front desk service, customer queries, ordering and complaints professionally
- Issue parts to technicians
- Develop service improvement initiatives (in conjunction with Part Manager)
- Develop sales targets in conjunction with Parts Manager
- Develop Strategies on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ensure effective administration of all sales, client details, orders etc.
- Provide accurate monthly information to the Parts Manager
- Effectively make use of all necessary electronic methods of communicating (i.e. MS OFFICE) Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Participating in stock take and general administration functions
Education
- Two to Three years’ experience in Parts
- Computer Literacy
- Embrace Financial System an advantage
