Vacancy: Office Receptionist
Client based in Bloemfontein requires a vibrant, reliable Office Receptionist for general office duties.
Duties will include: Answering phone, book appointments, filling, data capturing, responding to emails, faxing, etc.
Requirements for this position:
- Matric essential.
- Fluent in English. (well spoken).
- Excellent phone manners and etiquette.
- Computer Literacy. (MS OFFICE)
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as an Receptionist.
- Friendly & professional with strong personality.
- Good time management skills with good communication skills.
- Data Capture experience an advantage.
Salary Offered: R6000 – R7000 per month. (Depending on experience and skills.)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08h30 – 16h00.
