Kajal Maharaj Joins Uzalo. Uzalo has once again beefed up it’s cast with more talent. The new cast members will continue with Jo-Ann’s story line, as she picks her life up, after prison. One of the newest faces is Kajal Maharaj, who has just joined the hit show as Kajal Maharaj. She is Jo-Anne’s support system.
Kajal plays Shireen, the support system standing by Jo-Anne as she tries to rebuild her life after prison.
But rebuilding her life also means facing the people she hurt along the way. Brandon, played by Wallace Meth, is the husband whose marriage was shattered by Jo-Ann’s affair with Nkunzi.
And the fallout doesn’t stop there. Clayton, played by Marc Ndlovu, is Jo-Ann’s son, caught in the middle of the consequences of his mother’s choices.
Then there’s Ashton, played by Jada McGowan, perhaps one of the people who has the most complicated history with Jo-Ann. Their relationship has been pushed to breaking point, and there’s still plenty left unresolved. 👀
