Key Responsibilities

The YES Programme will provide structured workplace exposure and practical training within Rohlig-Grindrod’s Durban operations. Requirements and Skills

Applicants must meet the following YES Programme requirements:

• Completed Matric qualification.
• At least 50% in English.
• At least 50% in Mathematics.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be 35 years old or younger.
• Must currently be unemployed.
• Must not have previously completed a YES Programme.
• Genuine interest in logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain management.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a changing environment.
