Key Responsibilities
The YES Programme will provide structured workplace exposure and practical training within Rohlig-Grindrod’s Durban operations. Successful participants will work alongside experienced employees and gain insight into the day-to-day activities involved in freight forwarding and supply chain management.

- Participate in on-the-job training provided by Rohlig-Grindrod.

Requirements and Skills
Applicants must meet the following YES Programme requirements:
- Completed Matric qualification.
- At least 50% in English.
- At least 50% in Mathematics.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be 35 years old or younger.
- Must currently be unemployed.
- Must not have previously completed a YES Programme.
- Genuine interest in logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain management.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a changing environment.
