Job Overview

The Shop Assistant will support the day-to-day operation of NTK Retail in Marken by assisting customers and colleagues with stock-related activities. The role includes loading products for customers, receiving and moving merchandise and keeping products properly displayed and replenished. You will also help maintain a clean, safe and organised depot environment.

This is an entry-level position, making it suitable for candidates with Grade 12 or an NQF Level 4 qualification. Previous experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage but is not essential. Knowledge of Johnson’s clothing would also be beneficial. Because the position involves manual tasks and stock handling, applicants must be physically fit and able to work safely in an active retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading products and provide relevant product information.
