Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Jet brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Welcome customers and create a positive shopping experience from the moment they enter the store.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent selling techniques.
• Keep track of sales performance and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product ranges.
• Search for opportunities to generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with replenishing stock to ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is always ready for customers.
• Support daily store operations and assist the team where required.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for customer service and retail.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain motivated and perform under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Willingness to follow company standards and continuously improve performance.
• Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
