Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the bakery service area.
• Ensure bakery products are presented neatly and according to company standards.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic bakery environment.
• Help manage resources to ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Follow all company procedures, food safety regulations and operational standards.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly, professional service.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Computer literacy will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures carefully.
