Discovery is recruiting an Onsite Visibility Consultant to join its DCM Distribution team in Sandton, Gauteng. This opportunity is ideal for energetic and customer focused individuals who are passionate about building relationships, promoting financial products and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will represent the Discovery Funeral brand, engage directly with members and prospective clients and support new business growth through on site marketing initiatives. This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy interacting with people and creating meaningful customer experiences.

Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Meet with Discovery Funeral members and prospective members face to face at employer sites
• Represent Discovery Funeral as a professional brand ambassador
• Assist members with queries relating to funeral benefits, membership cards, products and new business applications
• Educate customers on Discovery Funeral products through one on one consultations and group presentations
• Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective members
• Support on site marketing campaigns and promotional activations
• Build awareness of Discovery Funeral products and services among target audiences
• Assist with new business implementation by engaging directly with members on site
• Work closely with Discovery stakeholders to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Promote customer retention by providing professional service and product support
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance
• Contribute to achieving business growth and customer engagement objectives

Requirements And Skills

• Matric certificate
• N6 qualification in Marketing, Business or Administration will be advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of Funeral Plans
• Knowledge of Stop Order Facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
• Positive attitude with a customer focused approach
• Ability to communicate information clearly and confidently
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
