Hungani Ndlovu Bags An International DJ’ing Gig. A little over a month ago, Hungani Ndlovu announced that he was going back to DJ’ng. This comes six years after taking a break from the hustle to focus on other things. Now he is back with a bang, and has just announced a major gig oversees.
Hungani started this career back in 2019, going by the stage name DJ Grizi. When he launched his DJ’ng career back then, Hungani posted pictures of himself hitting the decks at a gig. He captioned the content, “They said, ‘We’ve got a celebrity DJ!’ And I got excited thinking I’m opening for someone else kanti they were talking about me.”
Since returning to the decks, the talented actor, podcaster, and reality competition star has been doing amazing. Just recently Hungani got to play at his birthday party. His YouTube channel also has “BREEZE Sessions” which is something he is growing that will feature up and coming artists/DJs within the House/Amapiano/Afrobeats/3-Step/Gqom genres.
Taking it all the way to the top Hungani has just bagged himself some international gigs in Portugal. On the 2nd of July, he will play at the “Afro Mood Riade”. This is a major event series that takes place at the Riade Alvor View in the Algarve, Portugal. It is a massive daytime open-air and pool party that runs alongside the Afro Break Portugal festival and the Afro Nation festival. The following day on the 3rd of July Hungani will be at the White Sensation party. This isn’t just a boat ride—it’s a full-blown floating party, powered by Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, and Hip-Hop delivered by our top DJs onboard.
