Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Deliver consistent and high quality customer service on the shop floor
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and accessories based on their needs and preferences
• Drive sales through product promotion and achievement of daily and monthly targets
• Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer interactions
• Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and new arrivals
• Support stock replenishment to ensure products are available and well displayed
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an attractive store layout
• Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall team targets
• Keep the store clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards
• Follow all retail policies and procedures during customer service and sales processes
• Assist with general store duties as required by management

Requirements and Skills
• Grade 12 (Matric) is required
• Strong communication skills and customer engagement ability
• Confidence in selling and handling customer interactions
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail in product presentation and pricing accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced retail setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail systems and processes
• Team oriented approach with personal accountability
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential
