Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality customer service to all store visitors
• Process sales transactions including cash, card and other payment methods
• Assist with product tagging, ticketing and stock verification
• Support stock movement from stockroom to sales floor
• Assist in setting up and maintaining store displays and merchandising layouts
• Operate the point of sale system and follow store procedures
• Use basic selling techniques to support add on sales and customer recommendations
• Welcome and assist customers in finding suitable products
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping standards in the store
• Support loss prevention by monitoring the sales floor and reporting risks
• Follow security procedures and store policies at all times
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service delivery
• Support stock performance tracking using store reporting tools

Requirements and Skills
• Matric certificate
• 0 to 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong passion for retail and customer service
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume retail environment
• Willingness to learn and follow structured retail processes
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to changing store needs and tasks
