This full time role supports the Household category buying team and offers structured exposure to retail procurement, supplier management, and product planning. The position is designed for graduates who want to build a career in retail buying and commercial merchandising while learning end to end category management processes.

Job Overview

The Trainee Buyer supports the buying team in developing and executing product strategies within the Household category. You will assist in sourcing products, analysing sales performance, and maintaining accurate product information across systems. The role includes working with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and supporting range planning decisions. You will also collaborate with planning, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and commercial success. This position provides hands on experience in retail buying operations and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product sourcing and range planning activities
