Shoki Mmola’s Youngest Daughter Karabo Shows Off Her Impressive Acting Skills

Shoki Mmola’s Youngest Daughter Karabo Shows Off Her Impressive Acting Skills. When it comes to Shoki and Karabo Mmola, the apple did not fall far from the tree. They are both massively talented in the creative industry. Shoki shines as an award wining actress and a fashion designer, while Karabo is coming up as a singer and an actress.

Shoki needs no introduction, as she has been on TV for as long as we can remember. Her most notable role is playing Celia Kunutu the mother and stepmother of Rachel Kunutu and Nimrod Kunutu respectively in SABC1 educational drama, Skeem Saam.

Karabo is also holding her won, when it comes to talent. Towards the end of 2024, her mother Shoki Mmola was a guest on SAfm, where she got to talk about her projects with the legendary, Bertha Charuma. Karabo accompanied her, and per the show’s tradition, a guest picks up a song to be played for them and Shoki picked, Never Enough, a classic originally sung by Loren Allred. How surreal is it that Karabo was asked to be the one singing the song, live on air!

On another occasion, Karabo, together with her mom and big sister attended the Africa Rising International Film Festival. At the event, she performed Almost There, from The Princess and the Frog film. The hit is sang by Anika Noni Rose in her role as Tiana. As expected Karabo did an incredible job.

Now Karabo has just shown the world, that she too is a talented actress. She just did a monologue, as a distressed teen complaining to her mother. Everything from her emotions, gestures and face, is evident that she has it. Karabo also shared that she is available for gigs.
