Role Overview
As a Finance Learner, you will assist with finance and administrative duties while gaining practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting processes. You will support the finance department with daily operational tasks and learn how financial systems function in a professional office environment. The role also requires flexibility to assist other departments when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and finance administration tasks
  • Support daily financial recordkeeping processes
  • Help maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Assist with capturing and organising financial data

Administrative Duties

  • Support office administration functions
  • Assist with filing and maintaining company records
  • Help prepare spreadsheets and reports when required

Departmental Support

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Completed Matric certificate is essential
  • Mathematics and Accounting subjects are advantageous
  • Completed post-matric qualification in Accounting or Finance is required

  • Certified copy of post-matric qualification certificate
  • Certified copy of South African ID

Experience

  • Basic bookkeeping, accounts or finance experience is advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Must be able to travel daily to Montague Gardens
