Job Purpose and Core Focus

The main purpose of this role is to deliver professional beauty advice and excellent customer service. You help customers select skincare and beauty products that meet their needs. You also support the store by increasing sales through upselling, cross selling, and promoting product ranges. The role combines customer service, retail operations, and sales performance. You must balance product knowledge with active selling to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities in the Beauty Department
