Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide friendly, helpful, and professional advice on products and promotions.
• Apply customer selling techniques to maximize turnover and consistently meet individual sales targets.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and uphold general housekeeping to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Process all sales transactions accurately, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty cards.
• Monitor stock levels, report any discrepancies, and ensure all outgoing stock is correctly scanned and accounted for.
• Handle customer stock queries, compliments, and complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
