Purpose and Role Overview
The Permanent Part-Timer will assist management with store maintenance, support sales operations, and ensure all store policies and procedures are followed. This role is central to maintaining high standards of service, safeguarding company assets, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Assist with sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, when required.
• Support stock management by moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor and ensuring displays are maintained according to store guidelines.
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and product knowledge, to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including general housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Participate in in-store and digital training programs to gain product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
• Monitor the sales floor for loss prevention, report suspicious activity, and adhere to security procedures.
• Familiarise yourself with Power BI tools to understand store performance metrics and track best-selling products.
