“Proud to Be A Mother to A Beautiful Autistic Girl,” Nandi Madida Honors Autism Awareness Month. Nandi Madida has always been open about her kids being on the spectrum. Despite developing differently, Shaka and Nefertiti Madida continue to show that they are destined for greatness.
The first born Shaka is an upcoming artist, who had his very first solo exhibition on his 9th birthday. He exhibited at Magugu House, with his parents in attendance. Nefertiti on the other hand was at the launch of the first ever autistic Barbie Doll. She is on the spectrum, and now she got to attend an event that speaks to her.
April is Autism Awareness month, and Nandi is honoring the month in a big way. The award winning musician, media personality and entrepreneur is one of the speakers at the AGA Inagural Autism Summit 2026, coming up on the 11th of April. The summit aims at giving attendees practical strategies, connecting them with trusted experts and building a community with connections.
