Key Responsibilities

• Represent Typo as a brand ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, offering creative solutions and ideas.
• Support the store in merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
• Help the Store Manager and team to deliver brand moments and an elevated shopping experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute to team goals.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and store performance to inform business decisions.
• Participate in store initiatives that support the Cotton On Group Foundation and community projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
